About

Kill Me Loudly: A Clown Noir

A show about temptation, betrayal and murder. Done by Clowns.

Do you long for the days of lonely office buildings, dead-end alleys, and glitzy clubs? So do we. And by the time we're through, you’ll leave longing for them all the more. Director Eric Davis (Red Bastard, Cirque du Soleil, Bouffon Glass Menajoree) wields his magic sword to create a world where there is not one, but two femme-fetales, neither of whom are women, and the main Dick doesn’t even have one.

We break our hearts and bare our souls to give you the film noir you deserve. We try. We’re good at trying. And we fail. That's the best part of all.

Here is a clown noir.

Very good intentions. Very bad clowns.

History

KILL ME LOUDLY premiered at the Milagro Theater at Clemente Soto Vele Cultural Center in July '08. The show was then featured at the New York Clown Theatre Festival at the Brick in Williamsburg in September '08. Since we had never run the show before our first performance, we have performed KILL ME LOUDLY exactly 9 times.
